︎real estate
I made the transition to RE to explore the domestic space, how it evolves, how it’s utilized and traded. Homes are fascinating to me. Even more compelling is the relationship between the home and its occupants. I can confidently say that I am a different kind of Realtor®. After formal training in Architecture and Urban & Regional Planning, I stepped into the world of Real Estate with a keen eye for design. My expertise and experience as a design consultant, builder, exhibition and furniture designer and architecture professor give me a unique perspective on California Living!
My knowledge of architecture history and building methods allow me to understand buildings deeply and envision creative futures for existing spaces. My dedication to my clients, is what drives my business forward. Every client has different needs. I am committed to finding the right property for each one. Understanding California Real Estate is second nature. Having lived in Southern California for almost twenty years and San Francisco Bay Area before that, help me engage clients in exceptional ways. But most of all, I am a homebody. I truly enjoy spending time curating and caring for many house plants and evolving my living space to make it more enjoyable consistently. More importantly I appreciate a cozy day at home! Everyone’s concept of home is different and with that comes the challenges of finding the right one. I can help guide your purchase or prepare your home for sale with a creative outlook. I’m not an every-agent, I am your Forever Agent® and your Homebody Kween.
︎architecture
Illusive measures do not exist. They are perceived. They fool us, trick us and make us believe the unreal. Thus I speculate by drawing and making, in search of an alternate reality. I draw analytical computational orthographic projections in two-dimensions. I model them in three-dimentions. I fabricate them physically. They begin in architecture. Somewhere thereafter slip into art. They are wild and unpredictable. I lay out the rules. They follow. But no too closely. Sometimes they go awry.
My research and design work have been featured in a number of exhibitions including The BAg, Wedge Gallery, Dwell on Design, the WUHO Gallery, LACE Gallery, Texas Tech College of Architecture and the Armory Center for the Arts.
